Enjoy three of our signature wines, including the historic Negra Mole, each with a short intro. Then it’s your moment: find a garden nook, settle into the Main House, or gaze at the vineyard and ancient olive tree.

This isn’t a guided tasting — it’s a chance to relax, connect, and soak in the estate at your own pace. Wines are served with regional bread or crackers and our olive oil.
