1 Lesson – Surf, Bodyboard & Stand Up Paddle School

2 hour lesson for groups and first-timers or special training aimed at improving technical aspects of Surfing / Bodyboarding / SUP. Each student will receive an initial assessment, where the trainer according to the main parameters of the training process, shall define his or her level. Through the use of our plan, methods and exercises, each student will develop new skills and a better understanding of the sport. Full equipment and wetsuits are provided, along with optional video footage so that you can check your technique and make any adjustments as needed.
