Madeira – Tour a Cabo Girao con prova di vino

At the specified time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Funchal with our vehicle and head towards Cabo Girão. With a height difference of 500 meters, steep cliffs, and breathtaking views, Cabo Girão is a must-visit on the island of Madeira, and when you look from its viewpoint, you will immediately understand why! When you arrive at the Cabo Girão promontory, it will feel like touching the sky with your finger, but above all, you will experience that exhilarating feeling of having nothing beneath you. It’s an electrifying sensation worth experiencing! Let’s step onto the glass platform where we can admire a 180-degree view of the coast of Funchal. We will then continue our excursion to the Anjos waterfall, driving our vehicle under its strong jet and “getting washed.” We’ll stop for some photos before continuing our journey to Ponta do Sol, where we’ll stop to taste the typical Madeira wine. Next stop is Câmara de Lobos, where we’ll discover the nautical side of Madeira. In this fishing village, the sea has always played a fundamental role in the lives of its inhabitants. Keep your eyes open and your camera ready: this picturesque place will captivate you! It’s named after a colony of sea lions that used to inhabit here, now transferred to Ilha Deserta, off the coast of Madeira. On the way to Câmara de Lobos, we’ll cross Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, where we’ll be surrounded by numerous vineyards and banana plantations. You can also taste a typical liquor of this region called Poncha. Once the visit is over, we’ll take you back to the same point where you were picked up.
