Mushrooms Urban Farm Experience

Visit an urban farm where mushrooms are produced from coffee grounds. This is a way of sharing our care for the circular economy, urban agriculture, good coffee, good local food and creative people. You will then have access to a guided visit through the several production stages, to understand the philosophy of the farm, and watch the harvest. At the end of the visit, we will have the opportunity to debate on sustainability, zero waste and circular economy with the farmer, while tasting the delicious fresh mushrooms that were harvested and prepared for you.
