General Remarks 1º The tour, the visit to the caves or stop to swim are always under the conditions of the sea/weather. 2º All the tours can be changed, rescheduled or cancelled at any moment before or during the trip to assure the safety of the clients. 3º In case of deteriorating weather/sea conditions require early return to the harbor, no refund is made. Decisions about early returns to the harbor, belong to the skipper. 4º The tours can be cancelled if the minimum number of passengers are not reached. Clients will be full refunded. 5º Seacret Tours is not responsible or liable for any personal property lost or damaged during the trip. 6º Cancellations without notice, same day cancellations or no show at the departure time will not be refunded. 7º In case of accident on board all passengers are covered by insurance under Portuguese law.
