Tour Autoguiado de SUP – Praia de Benagil

Many people visit the famous Benagil Caves in the Algarve on a boat tour, but this exciting self-guided Stand Up Paddle excursion takes you inside our magnificent caves. Join us for a brief briefing where we’ll explain what you can visit, the safety conditions, provide equipment, and set off from Benagil Beach for the adventure at your own pace. When you reach the cave, you can disembark from your SUP and take plenty of photos, stepping onto the sand and wandering at your leisure, something you can’t do on a boat tour. Paddle past Marinha Beach and the rocky coastline and several deserted beaches. Go at your own pace and explore wherever you want! There will be a briefing explaining the route you can take, safety conditions, equipment provided, and you’ll set off at your own pace and explore the areas you prefer. You can visit the magnificent Benagil Cave, some nearby deserted beaches, as well as smaller caves, and stroll to the rocky area (Arches) of Marinha Beach (one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe). Afterward, you’ll return to Benagil Beach to return the equipment.
