Tour Serra di Arrabida e Avvistamento Delfini
We will meet at the designated time at the meeting point of Praça dos Restauradores in front of “Padaria Portuguesa”, and from there, we will board a minivan or private car to reach the “Margem Sul”, where we will admire the April 25th Bridge. We will head south, reaching the Lagoa de Albufeira, a natural oasis with a lake whose waters are warm and suitable for sports like windsurfing. From there, we will proceed to Cabo Espichel and visit the Church of Nossa Senhora do Cabo. We will cross the Serra da Arrábida, visiting “Portinho da Arrábida”. We will make a brief stop at the Convento de Arrábida, owned by the Museum of Oriental Art of Lisbon. We will descend to Setúbal, where we will embark on a catamaran to discover the dolphins that inhabit the estuary of the Sado River, a glimpse of the Atlantic coast inhabited by storks, flamingos, fish, and cetaceans. Once aboard, we will sail along the local waters in search of dolphins, observing them swimming and jumping. Upon returning, we can delight in a fine “Moscatel” at the Port of Setúbal in one of the establishments frequented by local fishermen. We will return to Lisbon passing over the Vasco da Gama Bridge after 5 hours of excursion.
